Day 27

PM lesson as usual, but we did practical and some revision today. ;) As our lesson ended early again today, we've decided to spent sometime at Walmart! HAHA! I spent 292.10RMB on food yet again! It seemed as if everything was free that we started grabbing Pocky and Lipton tea. HAHA! The scene was hilarious when everyone stared at us like some aliens with a full trolley EACH (okay, except for Tee Li)! We acted as if there’s gonna be the end of food production and we’re getting our rations ready.

In the end, we (except Tee Li) got a carton box each to pack our loots and we hailed a cab back to the hostel. Before walking up to our dorms, I bought 2 baskets of Xiao Long Bao (I love xlb!) ‘cause I was really hungry after much carrying and walking. Haha! I decided to pack whatever that I’m not going to need for the next 2 weeks and weigh them, so I have a gauge and know how much more can I buy or what I can’t buy anymore. Lucky enough, Wu Di came up to our dorms to collect the student cards he lent us, and he offered to carry my luggage down the back up again. Guess how much was the overall estimated weight? 28+kg, not hitting to 30kg limit yet. Woohoo! That means I can still buy A LITTLE more things ‘cause I intend to carry my shoes on board. :D

Reflection:

Well, being here in WUST till now, I’ve definitely experienced the different environment compared to Ngee Ann. Of course, the hostel in WUST is nothing compared to The Loft especially THE TOILET!!! Apart from the hostel, the campus life is also different. TOTALLY! For example, in Ngee Ann, everyone goes home after school. But in WUST, most of the students stay in the school hostel so you’d see the campus forever filled with many people.
