Day 29 - April's Fool Day

Practical test today and I screwed it up BADLY! :( Just one stupid careless mistake right from the start, I had to redo the whole thing when I was left with 20mins. I swore I knew how to do almost every question! I just hope I don’t fail this practical test. we had our last lecture on leadership! After which, we went for lunch and I ate XLB again! HAHA!

As Sam (from ECE) told us about a place where sells food supplies at a cheaper rate and sells in bulk, we decided to spend our day there after our test. The shopping mart named METRO (a german company), was located at Mai De Long. Metro works differently as they only sell their goods to an association/ company/ school/organization, and we’re required to have a pass in order to purchase. So we got a pass under WUST and got the stuffs we want! :)

The whole Metro mall concept reminds me of IKEA, as the main furniture were in yellow and the racks are huge! Check out the pictures and you’ll know:

Reflection:

on our way to the bus stop today, i saw this old man/handicapped beggar lying on the floor and the weather was cold! this isn't my first time spotting beggars in different condition, and we don't see such scene in Singapore. i really pity these beggars but there's nothing we can do, we might be able to help one or two but there're way to many who needs help.
